Services for children

All the ingredients for a successful mountain holiday with kids

As well as our spacious and comfortable “family” rooms, we also provide some essential services to make your family holiday truly perfect.

One of the most appreciated of these is, without a doubt, the playroom.

Renovated in December 2008, it islinked to the bar by a convenient staircase, so that parents can easily check up on their kids as they enjoy themselves. There is also a lounge area where parents can sit and chat as their kids are free to play.

Our playroom is a great opportunity to play, have fun, socialise and meet new friends … as well as maybe play a bit with mum and dad (at least on holiday). That is why we do not offer animation or mini-clubs.

In the 100m2 games room we have set up a new play area with soft flooring, specially equipped for children aged 3-10, with:

All this plus an area for older kids to play five-a-side footballand ping pong, as well as a multimedia station in the bar upstairs.

Activities for children in the area

We are updated on the animation activities of the area, on the programs (including Full Time) of the ski school with which we have an agreement and on the babysitters in the area … ask us for info and, based on your interests and the period in which you will come to visit us, we will give you all the details!

To confirm the reservations, a deposit is required, set as a percentage of 30% of the total reservation and rounded up to the nearest hundred Euros.

In case of cancellation of the stay, for reasons not attributable to the Hotel, the Customer will still be required to pay the following sums:

  • Cancellation before 30 days of arrival:
    the deposit will be returned.
  • Cancellation from 29 to 1 day before arrival:
    the deposit will be retained as compensation; if the room is resold to another customer, the deposit could be returned.
  • Early departure:
    the general rule provides for a charge of at least 50% of the cost of the missing nights at the end of the intended stay, as per the original booking.


  • check-in: from 15.00 to 24.00; for different times contact the hotel to agree
  • check-out: by h. 10,00
  • cleaning: daily
  • change of bed linen: weekly, unless necessary
  • change of bathroom linen: every 2 days unless necessary
  • breakfast time: h. 7,45 – 9,30
  • dinner times: summer: arrival in the dining room between 7.30 – 8.30 pm; winter h. 19,00 – 20,00

Info for subscribing travel insurance

There would be the possibility of taking out travel insurance using the ERGO Insurance Institute which has an agreement with the Trentino Hotel Association; here is the link:


The policy must be taken out within 48 hours after the definitive confirmation of the booking (following receipt of the deposit) and covers the cancellation of the holiday and early departure, even in the event of illness from COVID, but excluding any lockdowns/limitations, given that in in that case the refund of the paid deposit is foreseen.
