After a day spent among the peaks of the Passo del Tonale, there comes a moment when your body craves warmth and your mind seeks silence.

That’s why we created our new Adults’ SPA: a textured environment where wood and stone embrace the boundless view of the valley. It is an exclusive space, reserved for those over 15 years of age, designed to help you rediscover the pleasure of deep relaxation.

The ritual of warmt

Let the warmth regenerate every fibre of your body. You can choose from a range of wellness experiences:

  • Panoramic Finnish sauna (85-90°C): experience the intense heat of tradition, with your gaze lost among the snow-capped peaks.
  • Panoramic bio sauna (50–55°C): a sweeter and more fragrant embrace, ideal for prolonged relaxation.
  • Turkish bath: Harness the purifying power of steam to relax your features and regenerate your skin.

Wellness programmes

Balance also comes through water movement and targeted heat technology:

  • Kneipp path: A programme that alternates jets (cold-hot-cold; calf, thigh and waist height) to reactivate your body's circulation and give your legs immediate lightness.
  • Infrared armchairs: deep-acting heat, perfect for relieving muscle tension after sport.

We want your only concern to be relaxing. At the wellness area reception, you will find everything you need ready and waiting for you: we provide you with a bathrobe, slippers and sauna towel for use throughout the week.

Adult SPA
a new wellness experience!

Our adult spa is officially open! An intimate and welcoming environment, designed for those who want to slow down and carve out moments of true relaxation.

Panoramic saunas and relaxation alcoves with mountain views transform every moment into an experience to be savoured at leisure.

And the Pool has arrived too!

The new pool, designed for both adults and children, completes the wellness experience with spaces for the whole family. A place to relax, have fun, and be surrounded by equally spectacular views.

BEFORE BOOKING

To confirm the reservations, a deposit is required, set as a percentage of 30% of the total reservation and rounded up to the nearest hundred Euros.

Cancellation Rules:
In case of cancellation of the stay, for reasons not attributable to the Hotel, the Customer will still be required to pay the following sums:

  • Cancellation before 30 days of arrival:
    the deposit will be returned.
  • Cancellation from 29 to 15 days before arrival:
    the deposit will be retained as compensation; if the room is resold to another customer, the deposit could be returned.

  • Cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival: the cancellation fee is 100%; the balance will be doen deduced the booking depsoit alraedy payed.

  • Early departure:
    the general rule provides for a charge of at least 50% of the cost of the missing nights at the end of the intended stay, as per the original booking.

  • check-in: from 15.00 to 24.00; for different times contact the hotel to agree
  • check-out: by h. 10,00
  • cleaning: daily
  • change of bed linen: weekly, unless necessary
  • change of bathroom linen: every 2 days unless necessary
  • breakfast time: h. 7,45 – 9,30
  • dinner times: summer: arrival in the dining room between 7.30 – 8.30 pm; winter h. 19,00 – 20,00

Info for subscribing travel insurance

There would be the possibility of taking out travel insurance using the ERGO Insurance Institute which has an agreement with the Trentino Hotel Association; here is the link:

The policy must be taken out within 48 hours after the definitive confirmation of the booking (following receipt of the deposit) and covers the cancellation of the holiday and early departure, even in the event of illness from COVID, but excluding any lockdowns/limitations, given that in in that case the refund of the paid deposit is foreseen.
