As soon as you enter the dining room you will be welcomed by our generous buffet of starters, vegetables and snacks followed by our four-course dinnerwith a choice of five pasta dishes and 5 meat or fish dishes, and two desserts or seasonal fruit.
Our cuisine is based on the culinary traditions of Trentino Alto Adige, given a modern twist and accompanied by the classical dishes of Italian cooking, all washed down by a good selection of local and national wines.
And not only that. Once a week you can experience the special ambience of a typical Trentino dinner by candlelight.

For the summer season, we have chosen to offer a simpler and fresher cuisine. Remaining faithful to the traditions of the Trentino mountains, we have introduced dishes that nod to the Mediterranean diet. This is our ideal response to our sporty clientele and those who frequent our new wellness area, guaranteeing regenerating yet light meals.
Tastier for everyone
We are certified by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) and can therefore offer gluten free options.
We also have a varied menu to satisfy vegetarians, vegans or even for allergies and intolerancesto specific food products.
We are also available to prepare foods, broth and soups for babies and infants.

Thanks to a special play area in the restaurant hall, mums and dads can relax and enjoy their time at the dinner table while, in the bar connected to the restaurant, their kids can play and learn with the multimedia play station.
