We want your only concern to be relaxing. At the wellness area reception, you will find everything you need ready and waiting for you: we provide you with a bathrobe, slippers and sauna towel for use throughout the week.
It is the hotel’s new wellness area, inaugurated in the winter of 2026: a 300-square-meter spa reserved for guests aged 15 and over, featuring natural wood and stone materials and large panoramic windows overlooking the Tonale Valley. It is a space designed for deep relaxation for adults, away from the pace of a family holiday.
The Adults’ Spa features a panoramic Finnish sauna (85–90°C), a gentler panoramic bio-sauna (50–55°C), a steam bath, a Kneipp path with alternating hot and cold water jets to stimulate circulation, and infrared loungers, ideal for relieving muscle tension after skiing or hiking. For relaxation, there are two dedicated areas: an intimate relaxation room and the charming niche lounge, offering beautiful views over the valley.
Access is reserved for guests aged 15 and over. This is the essence of the Adults’ Spa: a peaceful and quiet space designed for parents to relax, while younger guests enjoy themselves in the games room or the swimming pool.

To confirm the reservations, a deposit is required, set as a percentage of 30% of the total reservation and rounded up to the nearest hundred Euros.

The policy must be taken out within 48 hours after the definitive confirmation of the booking (following receipt of the deposit) and covers the cancellation of the holiday and early departure, even in the event of illness from COVID, but excluding any lockdowns/limitations, given that in in that case the refund of the paid deposit is foreseen.
