BEFORE BOOKING
To confirm the reservations, a deposit is required, set as a percentage of 30% of the total reservation and rounded up to the nearest hundred Euros.
Annulment/Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the stay, for reasons not attributable to the Hotel, the Customer will still be required to pay the following sums:
Cancellation before 30 days of arrival: the deposit will be returned.
Cancellation from 29 to 1 day before arrival: the deposit will be retained as compensation; if the room is resold to another customer, the deposit could be returned.
Early departure: the general rule provides for a charge of at least 50% of the cost of the missing nights at the end of the intended stay, as per the original booking.

The policy must be taken out within 48 hours after the definitive confirmation of the booking (following receipt of the deposit) and covers the cancellation of the holiday and early departure, even in the event of illness from COVID, but excluding any lockdowns/limitations, given that in in that case the refund of the paid deposit is foreseen.
