Gourmet is inspired to the local alpine tradition, accompanied by classical Italian dishes; our cave is based on local wines and a good selection of Italian regional wines. Breakfast and all meals are served in our panoramic dining room which gives you incredible view on Adamello-Brenta mountains.

In winter season our dinner is based on five choices for the main course and four choices for the second course, while during summer season we offer a triple choice for the first course and a double choice for the second course; meals are accompained by a large vegetable and appetizer buffet.

Fruits or double choice of dessert to finish in the best way a good dinner.

Possibility of vegetarian meals, special menù for people with allergies or food intollerance; our menù always offers choices suitables for kids.

We also support our guests in preparing meals for infants (heating of  baby foods, we supply clear broth, vegetables, meats ...)
