CAUTIONAL DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings are definitively confirmed under payment of a cautional
deposit not refoundable; normally its amount is between €
100,00 and 200,00 per room (or minimum 20% of the total price)
Final payment will be done at the end of the holiday or before
if guests would prefer this solution.
If there will be a cancellation more than 45 days before arrival,
booking deposit will not be refused; for later cancellation see
the following CANCELLATION FEE:
44 to 21 days before arrival: +10% of the total price
20 to 8 days before arrival: +30% of the total price
7 to 4 days before arrival: +60% of the total price
3 to 0 days before arrival (no show): client will be asked to
pay the total prevue amount |
