COMFORT ROOMS 
"COMFORT" Rooms - partially renovated in the past few years - are wider then normal italian standard (17 to 30 square meters; from 2 to 5 beds) and are all provided with new bathrooms (hair-dryer and shower), satellite TV, internet connection, telephone, balcony. Most of them are "sunny side".

SUPERIOR ROOMS 
The 27 rooms "Superior" - 17 completely renovated in Autumn 2005 and 10 new realized in Autumn 2003 - are all "sunny side" and differ from Comfort rooms for wooden doors, windows and furnishings, which can be of two different styles: clear natural wood (10 new rooms) or brown. The new bathroom is equipped with hair-dryer and shower. Balcony is larger then in Comfort rooms and remarkable is the panorama on Presanella mountains group (please note only one room has not the balcony).
